 Other Information

The first programmed event of the morning was Native American Lore. During this activity we made Dream Catchers and dancing sticks for the Pow-Wow event in the evening. Some people found this easier than others, some had to start from the beginning a few times.

After the Native American Lore we moved onto the water front again. Some people took the Kayaks again, others had to resort to Kayaks, Canoes and Swimming. The final activity of the day was Scoutcraft. This gave us the opportunity to cook bread over open fires, Play challenging puzzle games and attempt a pioneered assault course.

After a campwide supper we congregated in the main playing field for Pow-Wow, an event organised and run by the Native Americans. It was certainly a very interesting and enlightening experience.
