HeartStart - 2008
Heartstart is a charitable group offering First Aid training to various types of organisation. On Tuesday the ### confirm date ### Douglas Explorers invited them to offer training to our unit as assistance in gaining our First Aid award.
Armed with all of the necessary equipment, the crew at Hearstart taught us essential skills such as CPR, the recovery position and basic treatment of common injuries sustained in an accident.
